Kanban Board software

Kanban is a Japanese team meaning boards. It was developed and used by Japanese manufactures to streamline and speed manufacturing process. The process is called just in time or lean manufacturing. It was adapted first by software engineering discipline and more recently by other engineering disciplines.

Both personal and project dashboards includes one of the best Kanban boards in the industry. The board is divided in to five lists as shown below:

• Backlog
• Open tasks
• Working on
• Waiting for approval
• Done

The user can drag tasks from one list to another. If you don’t use a list, you can hide it in the UI. In the future we enable users to change the name of the lists and create new lists if needed.
